Rotary Air Lock Feeders
For transfer of solids- Powder, Coarse materials etc under Air pressure-in cyclone, Pneumatic handling systems etc may require air pressure to be maintain in equipments. For locking of air in such equipments, rotary air lock feeders are used.
Rotor is rotating in closed chamber with very close clearance at low RPM-@ 20. Due to rotation of the rotor, the powder from cyclone separator, bin, cyllos transferred without effecting air pressure in the equipment-without pressure drop.
The rotation is done through Chain-Sprocket or gear motor.
RAF is available in various capacities as per customer’s requirement in round and square connections.
Used in industries- Power Plants, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, Process Industries, Mining, Pneumatic handling etc industries.
