Swing type check valves used for unidirectional flow of the fluid in the process industries. Constructional detail of the valves is bolted bonnet swing type flap. The swing type flap design reduces pressure drop across the valve and operational at very low delta P. The valve could be mounted in any position – horizontal or vertical. The only Non-Return-valve suitable for vacuum service.
Cast-Carbon steel- grade ASTM A-216 Gr. WCB with A.I.S.I.-410 working parts, swing check valves are widely used for high temperature thermic fluid and steam applications. The valves also could be used for cryogenic applications.
Design and testing consideration to the ASME, API, & DIN etc.
Size manufactured from 25 mm NB to 300 mm NB.
M.O.C. : C.S.-ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB, S.S. to ASTM A 351 Gr. CF8, CF 8M, Alloy-20, Hast-Alloy-B,C , Monel etc.
End connections : Flanged.

Lift type check valves used for unidirectional flow of the fluid in the process industries. Constructional detail of the valves is lift type flap with positive shut-off by springs. The spring would impart cushioning effects to the valves and will maintain delta P across the valve, this will reduce slamming effect during pump closure and protects seat damage and avoids operational noise havoc. The valve could be mounted in any position – horizontal or vertical.
The wafer type end connections reduce cost substantially.
