Our model code BLV-1123 is 1 Piece design Ball Valves. Bar-Stock.
This valve is specially manufactured for LPG gas cylinders’ valve changing. In gas cylinder re-filling plants, after feeling of cylinders, leaked regulator valves are to be changed under pressure-16 Kg./Sq.Cms, for this purpose this model is designed and manufactured.
In this construction ball is mounted between two PTFE-Self lubricating bearings through two trunions to reduce thrust effects on the seat rings-increase seal life- and smooth operation which reduce the torque. Bolted gland provided for possible leakage sealing.
Actuator/ Cylindrical operated.
The valve is tested at 30 Kg./Sq.Cms. hydraulic and 6 Kg./Sq. Cms. pneumatic pressure. |

Three piece design flush type ball valves are manufactured for liquid containing soft slurries or liquids solidify at low temperature etc peculiar applications. The cavity between flange face and ball is reduced to minimum length to minimize settling of solids and solidification of liquids, thus reducing maintenance of the valves.
These are manufactured in C.I./C.S./S.S./Alloy-20/Hast alloy- B, C etc material.
For more problematic liquids, Y-type flush bottom valves are used.
