1. HISTORY
The organization is established in 1984 by first class chemical engineer as an trading house for Valves, Strainers, Vacuum pumps, Centrifugal Air Blowers and other process equipments being used in Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, Power Housed, Process Houses etc industries.
Since 1995, we are in the manufacturing activities- Valves, Strainers & Sight Flow indicators are our main and focused products as our core items.
2. LOCATION
We are located in Vatva industrial estate in Ahmedabad-Gujarat-India. India is trust-worthy and emerging as a fast growing country in the world. Gujarat is fast growing industrial friendly state with double digit growth rate. State with almost all infrastructure for manufacturing activities, communications, logistic- Port, Road and Air. Ahmedabad is metropolitan city with easy approach by Air, Rail and road. Necessary Raw material- Castings, Round Bars, or any other- confirming to National, International or as per customer’s own specifications are easily available at competitive rates and reasonable delivery schedule.
We are also having very good infrastructure for out-sourcing job work with accuracy and economical rates. Thus we are in position to manufacture our products in required quality at competitive rates. New product development is also approachable to us.
3. INFRASTRUCTURE
We are having a good infrastructure to perform our business activities-Manufacturing, Marketing, Quality Control, Inspection, Designing, Purchase, Account and dispatch- we will narrate herewith infrastructure related to Marketing, Manufacturing, quality control and dispatch- directly related to our customers confidence. 3.1. MAN-POWER
From manufacturing to packing & dispatch we have placed experienced and qualified personnel as per our requirements- which we have designed and developed to perform our activities and cope with necessary quality.
Regular training-practically and theoretically-we provide to enhance their capability and efficiency to the ISO-standards.
Our average age is about 30 years.
3.2. WORK-SHOP
Our work-shop is equipped with necessary machineries- Lathe Machines, Radial-Drill-Machine, Welding rectifier, Grinding and finishing machine for production. Hydraulic testing pumps for pressure testing and compressor for Air tests and color and painting. Our out sourcing job work is being done in our approved work-shop for which we have our own approval norms.
3.3. PROCUREMENTS
Raw material availability and it’s quality effect significantly to the delivery schedule and quality of end-products, we also include our vendors and suppliers as our infrastructure.
We can procure and receive any raw material- confirming to ASTM/AISI/DIN/Other national or international standards locally or in periphery of about 300 Kms. This allows us to meet our clients’ any requirements-well in time.
Even High alloys such as Hastelloy in all grades, Alloy-20, Nickel are easily available with reasonable lead period and price.

We have manufactured valves, strainers, sight flow indicators for wide range of conditions-temperature, pressure, corrosive atmospheres, abrasives, slurries, powders etc.
Our supply includes maintenance, expansion, projects and exports. Our products are inspected by inspection authorities like M/s. Tata Projects Limited, UHDE India, L & T, Bharat Pumps, P&DIL etc. We have our own quality plan of different levels in operation.
